By downloading or using Currency Cushion, you agree to these terms.

The service

Currency Cushion is a personal net-worth calculator. Rates are informational only and are not investment, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for the amounts you enter.

Accounts and Pro

No account is required.

The free plan includes up to 5 balances, 3 cryptocurrencies, and 1 savings goal. Optional Pro removes those limits and is sold only as an in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play:

• Cushion Pro Lifetime (pro_lifetime) — one-time non-consumable purchase.
• Cushion Pro Yearly (pro_yearly) — auto-renewable subscription for one year.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The yearly subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings (on iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. We do not receive your payment card details. Restoring a purchase on another device requires the same store account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt our ops API, or reverse-engineer store entitlements.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on totals or rates shown in the App.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above is the source of truth for the published version at cushion.foryou.quest/terms.
